  • A review of your existing website and social media pages.

Drafting stage

Prepare a draft marketing plan for your service. Depending on your needs, this stage usually includes:

  • Analysis of your industry and your role in it;

  • Review of your target audience groups

  • Review of the features and benefits of your service offering;

  • Development of a unique service proposition for your service;

  • Recommended promotional strategy and tactics; and

  • Recommendations for your communication channels, including your website and social media channels.

Finalising stage

Putting the finishing touches on your plan. This stage usually includes:

  • A 60-minute meeting to walk you through your plan and how to use it;

  • Updating your marketing plan to incorporate your feedback;

  • Providing the final marketing plan in MS Word and pdf format; and

  • A 30-minute meeting to talk through the next steps for implementing your marketing plan.

What you come away with:

  • A practical marketing plan to guide your service decisions over the coming year;

  • A list of actions to improve your communication channels; and

  • A list of tactics to promote and grow your service over the coming year.

A simplified, targeted marketing mini-plan – focusing on the areas you need the support with most. With this package, you’ll receive a marketing mini-plan and tactics to promote and grow your service over the coming six months.
